Paradise Home Watch provides great, timely, well organized home watch services. We have been very happy with the diligence and attention to our property when we are not in town - including identifying an issue with our AC unit last summer and coordinating the repairs onsite. Great company. 2 thumbs up for Tony and team.

We have been using Paradise Home Watch for 3 years now. We purchased our home in Florida as a second home until we move there permanently. We wanted to ensure our property was secure and well maintained in our absence. Knowing that someone is regularly checking your property when your not there is incredibly reassuring.
The inspections have been very thorough and they promptly address any issues that are found. They keep us informed with a detailed report along with photos of each visit. Scheduling regular visits and any extra or emergency visit has been extremely easy. We always find them very responsive and easy to work with. Additional communication and updated emails during anticipated and actual weather issues has been outstanding and brings a peace of mind to us!
Paradise Home Watch has always been reliable and professional, they consistently adhere to our planned schedule visits without any lapses. We highly recommend this home watch service to anyone in need of reliable and professional monitoring. From our experience we do not have any recommendations for improvement. They are an exceptional company that has brought so much peace of mind to us!

We have been seasonal folks for 13 glorious years and Paradise Home Watch certainly is one of the reasons we can claim the word "paradise" ourselves. Tony is one of the most efficient and thorough Home Watch services we've used. In this hot and humid climate, we always want a pair of eyes on our home to make sure HVAC is up and running, nothing is amiss with the water or pipes, and all little critters that love our climate stay on the outside! Sneaky little things! Tony is the reason we can shut the doors every season and head on out knowing our home is being well "watched" and when anything is noticed, Tony notifies immediately. Tony also has an excellent list of referrals for any services needed like painting (had a few areas repainted recently and work was perfection), lanai pavers repaired and sealed, etc. His thoroughness is unmatched and we are thrilled to have found such a trusted service.
